In an industry often plagued by long wait times and vague pricing, we introduced a "Walk-in, Ride-out" philosophy supported by industrial-grade workshop processes. Brothers Terry and Damian Purchase started Cycle Fix after years of frustration with London's inconsistent bike repair landscape. Terry's background in mechanical engineering and Damian's experience in customer service created the perfect foundation: technical excellence combined with genuine care for customer experience. They began in a modest Old Kent Road unit with basic tools and big ambitions, quickly building a reputation for honest service and same-day repairs that actually meant same-day.

Our workshop in Kennington isn't just a place to fix flats; it's a technical facility equipped with the same tooling used by professional race teams. From facing and reaming frames to building wheels with microscopic precision, we treat every bicycle—whether a vintage steel commuter or a carbon superbike—with the same level of respect. We've invested over £50,000 in specialist equipment including our legendary Phil Wood spoke cutter, Park Tool professional truing stands, Bosch e-bike diagnostic computers, and comprehensive facing and chasing tools.
