Bookings & Walk-ins

Appointments, drop-offs & availability

For small repairs, you can just pop down—no booking needed. For bike servicing, an appointment is required. You can book via our Workshop page.

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome for small repairs and quick jobs. For servicing, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability.

Yes. Just pop down and we'll get it fixed as quickly as possible. Most puncture repairs take 10–20 minutes, depending on the bike and how busy we are.

Yes. Courtesy bikes are available in limited numbers for longer jobs. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need one.

Repairs & Servicing

Turnaround times, warranties & additional work

Many repairs can be completed while you wait, depending on how busy we are. Full services are typically completed the same day if the bike is dropped off by 10am and parts are in stock (around 95% of the time).

Yes. Many jobs are completed same day when bikes are dropped off early and parts are in stock. If a repair needs special parts or more time, we'll confirm the timeline before starting.

Yes. We use workshop-grade tools, calibrated torque settings, and the correct fittings for each component to protect your bike and ensure safe performance.

Yes. We offer helicoil thread repair for stripped crank arms and pedal threads. We'll assess the damage first and advise the best route.

Yes. We use safe extraction methods to remove seized seatposts without damaging the frame, and we always choose the least invasive option first.

Yes. We handle aluminium, steel, and carbon frames, adjusting the extraction approach based on the frame material and post type.

Yes. We provide specialist services such as custom spoke cutting, wheel builds, and hard-to-find workshop solutions.

We'll always contact you first to explain the issue and confirm any additional work or costs before proceeding.

Yes. All workmanship is covered, and we offer a free 30-day follow-up for minor adjustments such as cable stretch or bedding-in. Many bike parts are consumables and will naturally wear over time, but if there's an obvious issue related to our work, we'll work with you to reach a fair and satisfactory outcome.

We work on most bike brands and bike types. If your bike is unusual, vintage, or heavily customised, please contact us in advance so we can advise.

We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), mobile payments, Klarna, bank transfer, and cash. Payment is made when you collect your bike, and we'll always confirm any additional work or costs before starting.

Yes. We service most major e-bike brands, including Bosch and Shimano systems, covering diagnostics, firmware checks, and full mechanical servicing. If your e-bike uses a different system, please let us know at the time of booking.

Yes. We can run diagnostics, check wiring, and assess controllers, batteries, and displays to pinpoint the issue before recommending a fix.

Location & Hours

Where to find us & when we're open

Yes. You are welcome to use our free WiFi and device charging while you wait.

Monday–Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm. Saturday: 10:00am–5:00pm. Sunday: Closed. We're closed on public holidays. Any temporary changes are always updated on Google.

We're located at 338 Kennington Road, London SE11 4LD. The nearest tube station is Kennington (Northern Line), and we're also on bus routes 3, 59, and 159.

There is free short-stay parking for up to 5 minutes directly outside the shop between 10:00am and 4:00pm for drop-offs and collections. The road is a red route, so please be very quick. There is also free 1-hour parking around the corner on Windmill Row.

Yes. There are several great local cafés just a short walk away where you can grab a coffee or bite to eat while we work on your bike.

Our service area across South London

We're based in Kennington (SE11). We regularly serve Elephant & Castle, Oval, Vauxhall, Camberwell, Brixton, and Southwark, and we also help riders across South and Central London within easy cycling distance.

Our workshop is in Kennington (SE11), but customers from Elephant & Castle, Oval, Vauxhall, Camberwell, Brixton, and Southwark visit us regularly, plus riders from neighbouring South London boroughs.

Yes. Many customers come from outside the immediate area. If you can reach Kennington for drop-off and pickup, we're happy to book you in and confirm turnaround on arrival.

Being close makes drop-off, same-day updates, and quick follow-ups easier, especially if we need to confirm parts or adjustments.
