1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cyclefixlondon.co.uk, operated by Cycle Fix London Limited ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Workshop Services

All bicycle repairs and services are subject to an initial assessment. We reserve the right to refuse service for equipment that is deemed unsafe or beyond reasonable repair.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices listed on the website are estimates. Final pricing will be confirmed after physical inspection of the bicycle. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Klarna.

4. Storage and Collection

Bicycles must be collected within 48 hours of notification of completion. We may charge a storage fee for bicycles left beyond this period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cycle Fix London Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, except where prohibited by UK law.

6. Refund Policy

At Cycle Fix London Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with our work. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Workshop Services & Repairs: If you are not satisfied with a repair or service, please contact us within 30 days of the work being completed. We will inspect the issue and, where the fault is attributable to our workmanship, we will re-do the work at no additional charge or provide a full refund for the service.
• Parts & Components: Parts fitted during a repair are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If a part we supplied and fitted fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Labour costs for re-fitting will be waived if the failure occurs within 30 days.
• Unused Parts / Shop Products: Unused and unopened parts or accessories purchased from our shop may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom-ordered or cut-to-size items (e.g. custom spokes, cables cut to length) are non-refundable.
• Booking Cancellations: Service bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
• How to Request a Refund: Contact us at info@cyclefixlondon.co.uk, call 0207 820 0028, or visit our workshop at 338 Kennington Road, London, SE11 4LD. Please provide your receipt or booking reference and a description of the issue.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
